2020 AGM

Pursuant to the Bylaws of the Association, notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the membership of the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) will be held virtually on Saturday, January 30, 2021.

Agenda:

  • Report from the Chair
  • Audited Financial Statements for the financial year-end July 31, 2020
  • Election of four members to the OCA Board of Directors
  • Appointment of auditors; directors to fix auditor’s remuneration

OCA Board Election

Please note eight candidates have been nominated by their peers to stand for election to four positions available on the OCA Board of Directors for the 2020-2023 term. To learn more about each candidate, visit our OCA Board Elections 2021 – 2024 page.

Voting began on January 4 and closed at 5 p.m. on January 16, 2021.

All OCA members are urged to attend the virtual AGM. If you are unable to attend this virtual AGM, you may complete and send your 2020 Proxy form to the OCA office no later than Friday, January 29, 2021, at 5 p.m.
