Initial categories include computers and printers from Dell, Lenovo and HP, as well as payment solutions from Empyrean. Over the coming months, we anticipate adding additional categories such as clinic supplies and services, equipment, and modalities.
Chiro Cart is an exclusive program for OCA members. It’s different from the OCA’s Affinity program in that it leverages the collective group buying power of OCA members to access lower-than-retail prices on items you need to run your practice.

Getting started

To gain access to these discounts, we ask you to sign up by completing the program’s registration formwhich can be found on the OCA Member Portal. Once registered, more information will be provided to you in a welcome email.

No. This is included as a benefit of your membership. However, you must formally enrol in the program to receive access the supplier websites.
To participate you need to complete the registration form. You can access the registration form by heading to the OCA’s Member Portal and, under the drop down list titled “Forms”, selecting “Chiro Cart Opt-In”. If you have any questions about how to access the form, please contact oca@chiropractic.on.ca.
Each supplier has their own online ordering system and process which you will access using the program email address you were assigned. 
A set of proven standard models have been set up for each supplier based on their recommendations around specifications that will meet most business needs. These are reviewed regularly to ensure they are current with industry standards and available for shipping. Should you require something different or have specific questions please contact oca@chiropractic.on.ca.
We have agreements in place with the suppliers that ensure you receive a better price than is available in the market. The suppliers are monitoring this on a regular basis. The amount of savings can vary depending on the model you are ordering. If you are comparing prices, please ensure that you are comparing identical specifications as this can have an impact on pricing.
You will be able to track the status of your order through the supplier’s website. In addition, there will be a contact on the website to assist you with any issues you have. If you cannot resolve the issue through the supplier you can contact oca@chiropractic.on.ca.
