The Partnership4BetterHealth is an online patient and family advisory community representing the voice of patients and families using chiropractic services in Ontario. It’s a diverse group of individuals who volunteer their time to confidentially share their unique experiences and provide recommendations on how to enhance the health care they receive.
Joining the Partnership is completely free.
If you’ve used chiropractic services in Ontario within the last five years, you will be invited to:
- Share your experience(s)
- Provide feedback on your preferences and experience(s)
- Provide recommendations to enhance chiropractic care in Ontario
If you’ve not used chiropractic services in Ontario within the last five years, you’ll be invited to:
- Share your experience(s) with using and receiving other health care services in Ontario
- Provide insight and recommendations on your experience(s)
We’ll contact you primarily via email a few times per month to invite you to participate in short surveys (which will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete). You can choose how many times and how often you participate.
We will also invite you to participate in voluntary, virtual focus groups to share your thoughts, recommendations, and experience(s).
We will ask you questions such as: “Do you feel that you are treated as an equal partner in your health care?”.
Each survey takes about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Your information and feedback will be compiled as part of overall demographic data, findings, and analysis. Through Your Voice in Action platform on the Partnership4BetterHealth website, you will be able to see how we used your recommendations and advice to help shape chiropractic and other health care services in Ontario.
Your Voice in Action is a section on the Partnership platform. It shows how we are using general demographic data, overall findings, as well as your feedback and recommendations to help shape chiropractic care, programs and initiatives in Ontario.
The OCA will never share your personal information or feedback with anyone. We’ll only provide an overall analysis and findings of feedback gathered.
