The Ontario Chiropractic Association has eight summer fit tips for gardeners to keep your back healthy as you exercise and enjoy the outdoors…learn the proper technique for whatever activity you’re taking on, for example, be sure to kneel, not bend, when planting your outdoor garden; maximize your mobility and range of motion to maintain good mobility for muscles and joints…don’t overdo it; make sure you cool down and stretch out your muscles and joints…and; finally, seek professional health from a health care professional, such as a chiropractor or physiotherapist, to help you recover.
