Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) is an independent regulatory agency that regulates financial service providers, such as insurance companies and pension plan administrators. FSRA has a mandate to protect consumers and pension plan beneficiaries in the province of Ontario. The agency is self-funded and designed to operate at arm’s length from the government.
