Fotis Physio & Wellness is a multidisciplinary patient care clinic that offers a complete range of services including Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Pelvic Health, Psychotherapy and Sports/Orthopaedic Therapy. Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments, set goals, develop and communicate personalized treatment plans for each of your clients
• Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
• Seek to understand your client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
• Administer manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Accurately document each of your client’s conditions and progress by completing charting expectations
• Provide on-going evaluation of client progress
• Administer and collect outcome measurement information
• Help improve the health and wellbeing of the community
• Innovative and willing to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including actively participating in case conference meetings towards ensuring excellent clinical outcomes for our clientele.
• Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload
• Complete reports and documents when necessary (progress reports, discharge reports, treatment plans, functional ability forms)

Experience:

• You are licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with your licensing college
• You have the appropriate liability insurance
• Ability to provide a consistent schedule that is reliable
• Strong manual therapy skills
• Patient-first attitude
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required
