Journey to Becoming a Chiropractor
When I was very young, my doctors identified a growth plate issue that was affecting my mobility and quality of life. They recommended surgery and suggested I would be walking with a limp for the rest of my life. This was very distressing on my parents and me. After exploring several options, my parents took me to a chiropractor. The chiropractor diagnosed me with scoliosis. He provided me with treatment and support that changed my life, allowed me to keep playing sports, and contributed to my interest in pursuing chiropractic care as a profession. Thanks, Dr. Pecora!
Region of Practice and Clinical Work
I am based out of two clinics – Applemed Clinic in Vaughan and the Scarborough Health and Wellness Center.
My Motto or Mantra
“Do not suppress. Address!” When someone is hesitant to voice a concern, this phrase is meant to empower them to come forward and address it. This is the first step to starting a dialogue. I believe, through dialogue, we can progress in our ways and learn together.
