Free 6-month wellness program to help adults with pre-hypertension manage blood pressure for a healthier life
We have partnered with Heart & Stroke to offer Activate to patients who have pre-hypertension. Help them learn about the risks of developing hypertension and supporting them on their healthy living journey. This free 6-month program supports individuals to eat well, move more and better manage stress.
Chiropractors Can Help
Watch the webinar below to learn more about the program and how you can bring Activate to your patients. Activate is enrolling participants across the GTA from January to May 2019. The goal is to later on expand this program throughout the province. Heart & Stroke is looking for support to spread awareness to eligible patients.
