The Accessibility Directorate of Ontario supports the vision of an accessible Ontario by 2025 under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, (AODA) through the development, implementation and enforcement of accessibility standards that apply to public sector, non-profit and private sector organizations. The AODA requires organizations to implement Accessibility Standards to become more accessible to people with disabilities.
