- Spacious and professional treatment room in an established physiotherapy and pilates practice.
- The practice is located at 56 Esplanade, between Church St and Yonge St. Short walk from King Street subway and Union Station.
- The clinic is situated in a renovated industrial style loft, with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
- The treatment room is 120 Sq ft with heat and AC. The walls contain sound insulation and exterior sound panels
Room availability is the following:
- Monday: all day
- Tuesday: 8am to 2pm
- Wednesday: alternating weekly; all day or 8am to 2pm
- Thursday: all day
- Saturday: alternating weekly; all day
Minimum contractor fee/rent is $1150 per month, plus HST, for a total of 3 clinics/days per week (6-8 hours for each clinic)
This is a contractor fee/rent to be paid monthly. Agreement to rent can be month to month. More hours available with negotiation.
What is included:
- All utilities: internet, hydro, heat and AC.

- Clinic cleaning

You are responsible for your own scheduling and clients.
