Seeking a chiropractor or other health care practitioner to share office space in the Cornell neighbourhood of Markham (Ninth Line & 16th Avenue).

The clinic is located in a ground-floor unit and includes:

• Free street parking
• Three fully equipped treatment rooms with chiropractic tables
• An animal chiropractic treatment room
• Reception area
• Accessible washroom

The space is currently shared by two chiropractors, each working approximately 12–15 hours per week, leaving significant availability for additional practitioners. One chiropractor may be relocating, creating even more availability.

This space is best suited for practitioners who provide hands-on patient care and can utilize the existing treatment rooms and tables as is.

Currently being utilized:

Clinic Owner

Mondays 3:30pm–7 pm

Tuesdays 9am – 12 noon or 4:30pm-7 pm

Wednesdays 3:30pm–7 pm

Thursdays 9am–12 noon

Saturdays 8:30am–12 noon

Second chiropractor

Tuesdays 3pm – 6:30pm

Wednesdays 9am – 6:30pm

Saturdays 8:30am – 12 noon (alternating)
