Adelaide Clinic is seeking a motivated, energetic, and patient-focused Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Lindsay, Ontario.

Opportunity for Immediate Practice Growth

Our lead chiropractor is currently seeing approximately 10-15 more patient visits per week than would be ideal. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to assume overflow patients immediately while developing and growing their own patient base within the clinic.

Our highly skilled administrative team manages scheduling, patient communications, recalls, payments, and day-to-day operations so you can focus on delivering outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

• Be registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO)
• Be a member in good standing with the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA)
• Carry professional liability insurance
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and team members
• Demonstrate professionalism, independence, and dedication to patient-centered care
• Exhibit strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of rehabilitation principles and exercise prescription
• Maintain a strong attendance record and uphold Adelaide Clinic’s standards of care

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent manual adjusting skills
• Certification or training in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture (an asset)
• Knowledge of MVA and WSIB treatment and billing processes, or willingness to learn
• Interest in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care
• Willingness to learn Webster Technique and infant chiropractic care
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Position Details

Position Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: Competitive Cost-Split Agreement with Sliding Scale Structure

Availability Required:

• Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons/evenings
• Two Saturdays per month
• Full time or part time hours are available
