The Opportunity

Frontenac Chiropractic and Sports Rehab is a clinician-owned multidisciplinary practice in Kingston, Ontario that is looking to add an evidence-based chiropractor with an interest in sports injuries to our team.

This is unique opportunity to step into a thriving practice with an existing patient-base, along with an incredibly high volume of new patient referrals. We offer supportive mentorship, along with collaborative interdisciplinary care within the clinic, as well as with our MSK partnerships within the broader Kingston community.

About Frontenac Chiropractic and Sports Rehab

Frontenac Chiropractic and Sports Rehab is a well-established multidisciplinary clinic known for delivering high-quality, evidence-informed care. We specialize in a unique, movement-based chiropractic approach to injury management and rehabilitation, helping patients recover effectively and return to peak performance.

What We Offer

  • An associate position with an established patient base and a steady flow of new and returning patients

  • Ultra-competitive compensation structure (sliding-scale split) with growth potential
  • CE Allowance – $500 annually toward continuing education

What We’re Looking For

  • A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) chiropractor in Ontario in good standing with the CCO
  • Acupuncture certification an asset (although not required)
  • Strong manual therapy and soft tissue skills
  • A commitment to patient-centred, ethical care
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on health, wellness, and injury rehabilitation and prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records via cloud-based charting system
