We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Chiropractor to fill a maternity position. We have a unique set-up and fantastic patient-base. Our patients range in age from children to older adults. We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to provide evidence-based, patient centered care.

You will have the autonomy to design and execute your treatment plans, with a unique opportunity to also receive clinical and business mentorship. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate/communicate with referring healthcare professionals ( RMT and Physiotherapist) to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrate empathy, and a patient-centered approach to provide excellent care. Treats patients with warmth and in a professional manner
•  Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
•  Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Complete administrative duties such as follow-up patient bookings and updating billing information
• Collaborate with referring healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a private practice setting and manual therapy is preferred, but not required.
• Medical Acupuncture certification
• Uses a diversified model of patient care
• Doctorate of Chiropractic
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (Required).
• Valid Malpractice Insurance is required
• New grads residing in Ontario are welcome to apply
• Excellent with bedside manners and able to create patient rapport.

Treatment times can be discussed, based on the provider’s preference.

There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to continue working at the clinic on a part time basis once the maternity leave concludes.
