- Spacious and professional treatment room in an established physiotherapy and pilates practice.
- The practice is located at 56 The Esplanade, between Church St and Yonge St. Short walk from King Street subway and Union Station.
- The clinic is situated in a renovated industrial style loft, with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
- The treatment room is 120 Sq ft with heat and AC. The walls contain sound insulation and exterior sound panels
Room availability is the following:
- Monday: all day
- Tuesday: 8am to 2pm
- Wednesday: alternating weekly; all day or 8am to 2pm
- Thursday: all day
- Saturday: alternating weekly; all day
Contractor fee/rent per month is $1300 inclusive of HST. This includes 3 days/clinics per week (6-8 hours per clinic). Agreement to rent can be month to month. More or less hours available, subject to negotiation.

- All utilities: internet, hydro, heat and AC.
- Cleaning supplies
- Clinic cleaning

- You are responsible for your own scheduling and clients.
