Description:

We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered chiropractor to provide maternity leave coverage at an established multidisciplinary clinic in Burlington for approximately 6–12 months, with a flexible start date to be discussed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chiropractor looking to step into an existing patient base, care for established patients, and build their own caseload within a supportive clinical environment. Provide care for a mix of existing patients and new patients.

Current hours: Monday and Wednesday, 1:30–6:30 p.m., with the potential for additional Friday hours, 9:00–11:30 a.m. However, the right candidate is able to choose their own hours while still meeting the needs of the clientele.

Independent contractor arrangement with a percentage-based compensation split, discussed with the successful candidate.
Opportunity to grow your patient base and potentially expand your hours over time. Potential for an ongoing associate position beyond the maternity leave coverage period, depending on clinic needs and mutual fit.
