We are a well-established, multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic located in Barrie’s southwest Holly neighbourhood, a growing family-oriented community. Proudly serving the area since 2005, we are committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care with an active, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation.

Our collaborative team environment includes two experienced chiropractors with 17 and 21 years of clinical experience respectively, offering strong mentorship opportunities and support for both new graduates and experienced practitioners. Position Summary

We are currently seeking a licensed Chiropractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and motivated to deliver evidence-based chiropractic care while promoting active rehabilitation and long-term functional improvement.

This position is structured as an associate opportunity with the potential for long-term growth within the clinic, including possible future ownership opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide manual therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and exercise-based rehabilitation
  • Educate patients on posture, movement, exercise, and injury prevention
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinic standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree
  • Registered and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory college
  • Valid professional liability insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is an asset (new graduates welcome)
