This webinar will examine the emerging research describing the fundamental mechanisms underlying chronic Musculoskeletal/myofascial pain and discuss evidence-based strategies for its management. We will explore the important roles of central sensitization and neurogenic inflammation in the pathogenesis of chronic myofascial pain and how to assess these in the clinical setting. Attendees will refine their clinical reasoning and differential diagnosis strategies in the assessment of chronic myofascial pain and learn to apply targeted interventions based on specific clinical findings. Participants will learn to integrate these concepts into their clinical practice, resulting in more effective treatment planning and improved patient outcomes.
