Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, Southern Ontario, CANADA.

Many Docs are looking for associates for the Wrong Reasons:
- Fill an empty room
- Give them a chance to recover from being burned out (you’re not going to get good training from them – you can’t give from an empty cup)
- They’re sole goal is to make more money (Key Driver should always be fulfilling your purpose – the result is that you get compensated well).
- Most associateships just provide a place to work and good wishes. There’s little if any real training, guidance or mentoring to help you reach your goals for practice success, leading to a sense of feeling lost.

Position Includes Starting Base Salary of $7K per month ($84K per year) with real potential to more than double that with bonuses, great health benefits, paid vacation, world-class business training, a supportive team culture, and Monday Through Friday Schedule.
