DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for a Chiropractor with a focus on overall wellness, perinatal health and pediatric care. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about learning both professionally and personally. Someone who has the ability to connect with every individual they meet, creating a community both inside and outside the office. The ideal candidate educates patients, helps support and guide them along their health journey, and truly understands the value in the service we provide.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Doctor of Chiropractic in good standing with the CCO
– Webster Technique certified, or willing to take the courses.
– Variety of Chiropractic hands-on adjustment techniques (manual, drop piece work, instrument, etc.) for all ages
– Perinatal and pediatric education and experience or desire to learn
– Motivated to develop clinical skills through mentorship, training, and hands-on experience
– Flexible with scheduling, willing to work some evenings and possibly weekends to accommodate patient needs and clinic growth
– Excellent communicator who builds trust and rapport with families, pregnant women, and children
– Experience with research-driven neurologically based chiropractic care
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Provide direct hands-on patient care
– Contribute to practice growth, marketing and community outreach
– Participate in continuous professional and personal development
– Contribute to the team’s success and the success of the office as a whole
– Collaborative team player who understands the importance of working closely with both internal and external health professionals, such as: Physiotherapists, Lactation consultants, Nutritionists, Naturopaths, Midwives, Massage therapists, Wellness coaches, Pediatricians/family doctors, etc.
Proactive and self-motivated in building his/her patient base by:
– Independently seeking and creating opportunities for community engagement and networking
– Participating in local parenting groups, prenatal classes, and wellness events
– Building strong referral relationships with local specialists and health providers
– Conducting educational workshops or talks on pediatric and pregnancy health topics
– Engaging in social media and local marketing efforts to raise awareness of specialty services
– Following up with patients and families to encourage ongoing care and referrals
– Committed to ongoing professional growth and contributing positively to clinic culture
What Success Looks Like:
– Growth in patient numbers through quality care, community outreach, and networking
– Strong relationships with external healthcare providers for seamless patient referrals
– Positive patient feedback, building a loyal and growing client base
– Active participation in community and clinic events
– Flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs with a patient-first approach
