Dr. Theresa Lisk, DC, will give you an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills with specific examples pertaining to chiropractic. You will learn how to recognize, prevent, and respond to breathing and circulation emergencies for adults (CPR level C).
You will complete a standardized written exam and receive a Certificate of Completion from the Canadian Red Cross for your 3-year certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C with AED. You will also receive 8 structured CE credit hours.

Dr. Theresa Lisk is a CMCC graduate and owner and operator of Dr. Theresa’s Health Institute in Courtice, ON. She has been a certified CPR, First Aid, and First Responder Instructor for the past eight years, teaching these lifesaving techniques to chiropractors and chiropractic students throughout Ontario. Certified in Thompson, Activator and Diversified Techniques, Dr. Lisk ensures that her lifesaving courses include specific situations that all chiropractors will encounter in their offices.

The campus is 15 minutes south of Highway 401, 15 minutes west of the Don Valley Parkway, 20 minutes north of the Lakeshore, and 25 minutes east of Pearson International Airport.
From Highway 401
Exit at Bayview Avenue and go southbound to Lawrence Avenue. Take the ramp on the right then turn left at the stop sign. Drive east on Lawrence straight onto the campus.
From the QEW
Take the Don Valley Parkway to Bayview Avenue. Go northbound to Lawrence Avenue then take the ramp on the right. The campus will be on your right, at the stop sign.
Public transit:
From Lawrence subway station on the Yonge line, take the 124 Sunnybrook Hospital bus. The campus is located at the intersection of Bayview and Lawrence , only minutes away. The bus stops right in front of the campus.
Parking:
Parking is available on site at Glendon College. It is in the First building labeled 7, 8 and 9 which is all part of York Hall. The parking is to the right when you first come in (4) and then additional parking (5).
