Degenerative cervical stenosis is the most common cause of spinal cord compression and is growing rapidly due to the aging population. Cervical radiculopathy is one of the most painful spinal conditions\, and persistent neck pain is one of the top ten causes of disability worldwide.\nThe Boot Camp Programs were designed to standardize clinical practice due to the high variability\, misinformation\, and poorer outcomes in current practice.
