Help them learn about the risks of developing hypertension and supporting them on their healthy living journey. This free 6-month program supports individuals to eat well\, move more and better manage stress. \n\nChiropractors Can Help\nWatch the webinar below to learn more about the program and how you can bring Activate to your patients. Activate is enrolling participants across the GTA from January to May 2019.
