DESCRIPTION:Part 2 of this Patient Privacy series focuses on the proposed creation of the “Electronic Health Record” (EHR)\, which would be an electronic system developed and maintained by a Government prescribed organization to enable health information custodians to collect\, use and disclose personal health information for the purpose of providing health care.
