Presently the clinic has a chiropractor/pedorthist, two massage therapists, foot nurse. There is room for several DCs, physiotherapist, personal trainer, etc.

Ideally I am looking for an associate chiropractor(s) to work with me for several years, followed by a buyout.  I would be able to continue working with/for new DCs for as long as required.  I am open to multiple scenarios.

I have been in this practice for 41 years, initially practicing with my father and my sister.  They have since retired.  I use diversified adjusting as well as instrument adjusting, multiple modalities, and orthotics.

The office building is just under 5000 sq feet (including basement offices).  The other practitioners rent office space and the common reception area.
