StretchLab Aurora Newmarket is NOW Open! Located at Bayview Avenue & St. John’s Sideroad, we are the first StretchLab location in York Region!

We are seeking health/wellness/fitness professionals to become Flexologists – certified stretch professionals.

About the role:

As a Flexologist, you’ll provide one-on-one assisted stretches to clients. This part-time role (20-35 hours/week) starts immediately with a comprehensive training program including online modules, a two-day in-person intensive at a GTA StretchLab & additional practical hours. Successful completion of StretchLab’s proprietary training is mandatory. The position involves hands-on work with clients, and requires consistent availability including weekend and evening shifts, with potential for full-time hours as demand grows. We prioritize a collaborative and healthy work environment, supporting our clients as they add assisted stretching to their wellness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional assisted stretch sessions.
• Develop personalized flexibility programs.
• Maintain client safety and adhere to policies.
• Assist with studio tours and sales.
• Promote StretchLab through social media and events.

Qualifications:

• Certification in or working towards completion in a relevant field (e.g., kinesiology, personal training, chiro, PT).
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and stretching.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $17.50/hour + bonuses for stretch sessions.
• * $12.50 per 50 minute stretch * $6.25 per 25 minute stretch
• Opportunity to earn new member commissions
